My xmas experience at this hotel was quite poor. The staff was not helpful at all, and didn't seem to care or provide any solutions to my issues.

We had a wonderful stay near the end of the city park, surrounded by woods and a small river next to the hotel. The outside pool provided us with a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Parking was convenient in the hotel’s own yard, as there was nowhere to park in the street. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and polite while also providing great service.
